Our highly experienced customer steering group comes together every quarter to guide us to Utopia. Their problems are your problems and Twinnedit is here to overcome them
In the creation and evolution of any solution, it is imperative to talk to the end user and understand what they need. Twinnedit came from a need and a subsequent collaboration with whg.
We decided to continue this approach to evolving Twinnedit into the sector Utopia by bringing together many of our customers, of all shapes and sizes, from across the country, to get together with us every four months.
We called this customer steering group Utopia, defined as “a place of ideal perfection.”
We showcase what we are doing in the development of Twinnedit, gather feedback from the group, and advise further enhancements. We also discuss the challenges they all face and collaboratively share solutions.
