Intro2 Twinnedit Work Experience Program

About The Program
About The Program

Intro2 Twinnedit offers a comprehensive 5-week training and work experience course developed to provide participants with a hands-on understanding of the diverse roles and skills involved in the delivery of Twinnedit and digital building safety protocols.

Following the structured framework of the Jobcentre’s SWAP (Sector-based Work Academy Programme), this initiative presents a distinctive opportunity for residents to immerse themselves in our industry, gaining valuable insights and practical experience.

This programme is particularly beneficial for jobseekers receiving Universal Credit, Jobseeker’s Allowance, or Employment and Support Allowance, aiming to bolster their confidence, enhance employability prospects, and enrich their CVs through new skills and experiences.

Upon completion of the programme, candidates will have the opportunity to undergo formal interviews with us or other esteemed employers. Successful trainees will then have the chance to advance into recognised apprenticeships or pursue further academic training, fostering ongoing professional development and career progression.

Our first cohort with Islington Council was a huge success. With over 40 interested applications, 14 were chosen and gained valuable training and work experience, with two securing formal apprenticeships and another being taken on at Twinnedit as a full-time employee.

It’s cases such as this that demonstrate the potential of Intro2 Twinnedit. This initiative not only opens up career opportunities for participants but also contributes significantly to diversifying the industry.
