Resident Engagement
Learn how SEEiT – your Digital Concierge will ensure your buildings residents receive the most comprehensive experience and level of access to a myriad of information
Making sure your residents feel safe in their homes is of paramount importance. Finding innovative and inclusive ways of delivering resident engagement is essential for forward-thinking building owners and operators. SEEiT is a connected interactive “digital concierge” that enables residents, emergency services, and tradespeople to understand the building and all of the services that can support them.
Twinnedit already provides residents with an online portal that shares all of the relevant information a building’s occupants need to ensure safety and wellbeing. But for those who don’t have a connected device to access that data or other digital services you or others provide, we have developed SEEiT.
SEEiT is a reliable, accurate, and trustworthy range of touchscreen kiosks that show all of the information we already share from Twinnedit online—live within a building! SEEiT makes building and safety information as accessible as possible for the user, which in turn will help them make informed choices. It also has a myriad of other engaging services that bring residents and visitors—connected or not—to one central interactive digital hub of the building.
But we didn’t want SEEiT to just be a “one trick pony” We wanted to make the SEEiT kiosks the centre of the residents’ world. As many don’t have a smart phone or access to the internet, why should they miss out on all of the services local to them?
That’s why SEEiT will also give residents access to
- Online Shopping Platforms
- Online food delivery platforms
- Local travel services
- Local Information Services
- Local GP and hospital appointment booking access and information
- Ability to report a repair or pay their bill
The skills the SEEiT screen has go on and on.
For any work that needs to be completed in the building, a log of what was completed needs to be kept. For each authorised programme of work, workers would check in to the kiosk using a pre-issued code. This would log who and what time they arrived and what their task was to be done.
If there are any hazardous areas, they should be made aware of; they will be shown on the screen.
On completion of their task, they will have to sign out using an e-signature and upload any photographic or supporting documents to the building owner as evidence of their work being completed.
The emergency services will already have full access to the information within Twinnedit. But while on site visits, they may want to view the information we provide them on a larger screen. So, they will have an access code to enable them to do this from the kiosk.
