Twinnedit, in collaboration with South Tyneside Homes, embarked on a journey to conduct HAZID-based risk assessments across high-risk buildings subject to building safety cases under the Building Safety Act 2022. This article explores the process and outcomes of this joint effort.

On the 16th of April 2022, a blaze broke out on the 15th floor of a high-rise block of flats in Coventry. This was one of the first times Twinnedit was put to the test, playing a key role in the operation.
